Associate Photographer Contract

General Terms & Assignment

I agree to work with E.K Studio as an independent contractor. I will agree to a contracted rate of service before the acceptance of the job.

Independent Contractor

The contractor and E.K Studio here by specifically agree that the contractor is performing the services as an independent contractor and is not an employee of E.K Studio Photography.


Attire


The contractor is to wear a presentable and professional attire. no graphics.


Equipment


You must have your own equipment that you are responsible for. A camera, lens, and a flash IS REQUIRED. SD cards will be given to you. We will either pick up or you can drop off in person.


Time

Please aim to arrive to the event 15 - 20 minutes early.


Copyright & Ownership of Images


All rights to images taken at any event are the sole property of E.K Studio Photography. Photos cannot to be used in any manner by the assistant photographer without authorisation of E.K Studio.  

Conduct & Client Interaction


Please be professional, respectful, polite, and courteous to all participants at all times. The contractor's responsibility with regards to clients is to promote E.K Studio.

Absence

If you are unable to assist, please let E.K Studio know if you cannot make it to the event a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of time. 

Liability

Please take the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation of the SD Cards, in the event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
